Joyce Lee Ruse, 83, passed away on October 28, 2026. She was born on October 31, 1942 in Indianapolis to Fred and Norma Barrett.
Joyce is survived her sons, Mike (Beth) Rusie and Ronald Rusie; grandchildren, Sarah, Erich and Cassandra; numerous great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth; and her daughter, Debra Dominquez.
Joyce was a kind, dedicated wife and mother. She gave all to everyone she cared about. Her grandchildren were her world.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026 at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Avenue, Indianapolis, 46203.
