Josephine Richey
May 19, 1940 — August 9, 2025
Josie Richey, 85, passed on 9 August 2025, at the Water's in New Castle.
She was the daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Stearns. She graduated from New Castle High School and went on to marry her late husband Lynn Richey.
She enjoyed helping others, including: assisting the Christian Love Center, teaching vacation bible school, and driving the van for her church.
She will be missed by those who dearly loved her.
