Sus sobrinos y ahijados, Yolfred, Yolifred, Lorena, Adriana, José Ignacio, Alejandra, Katherine, Carolina, Gerardo, Valentina, Arianna, Alirio, Richard José, Manuel Ricardo, Karolina, Melvis, Simón, Yaneth, Crismar, Rossmary, Legna, Durvelis, Fran, Lisbeth, José Manuel, Henri y Antonio José.

With immense pain for his physical departure but full of hope in Christ, at his entrance to eternal life, full of joy and happiness, we want to announce the unfortunate death of our beloved father, in the city of Indianapolis in the State of Indiana, United States, on October 18th, 2022, while he was hospitalized at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

He had just celebrated 71 years of life, in which he left indelible marks in the memories of all the people who had the opportunity to meet him and in whom we had the honor and privilege of being his family.

The early departure of our father leaves a huge emptiness in our hearts, because of his extraordinary way of being, always loving, caring, collaborati, cheerful and companion, he deeply filled all the spaces of the family.

He loved his family with passion and dedication, and with great wisdom he always knew how to manage his priorities very well, he taught us the value of sharing time with those you love. One of the things that made him feel proudest and happiest, and he always reminded us, he was able to reconcile his work responsibilities and his family, and that allowed him to be that dad who took his children to and from school. Because of that, Dad´s life was about being present in those everyday moments, which perhaps at first glance, do not represent much, but when we look closely, they really are the most important.

For our mother, Eloísa represented not only her beloved husband, friend and companion, but also that special person that God put in her path to sow in fertile ground, the seeds of a family full of values, principles, love and a deep faith and love of God, for 45 years.

He enjoyed and was proud of his work for many years as an account executive in different financial institutions in our country, Venezuela, where he harvested innumerable clients who later became friends, attracted by his unparalleled integrity, rectitude and honesty and by his always friendly and courteous close behavior, smile, cheerful and transparent look.

Our father fully enjoyed his role as grandfather with his beloved 7 grandchildren, Eduardo, Santiago, Natalia, Adrián, Mathías, Noah and Amaia. It made him happy to sit on the floor and play with them and make them laugh, over and over again. He played baseball with them, had track races, rode bikes, and loved going to see them at soccer or tennis games. He advised them and always protected them.

We learned from him to be good children, because he was the best son for our grandparents Hilda and Jesús, always attentive to them, loving, provider, close and present.

We were witnesses throughout his life of his passion, pride and immense love for his origins in his beloved city Los Teques, as well as Materán and Perez Family. Their surnames were the object of their greatest pride, due to the values, love and peculiar joy and happiness that

characterize the spirit of the family. One of the memories that he most longed for in his most recent years, in which he lived outside Venezuela, were the family reunions and celebrations with our grandparents in "Los Picachos", the house of our uncles Maritza and Ibrahin, where together with brothers, brothers-in-law, cousins, uncles, nephews, there was always laughter, dancing, sharing, stories to tell, anecdotes to share and lots of love.

He was a man of extraordinary and true faith in God, that which is demonstrated not only with words but with his own life, with his example. His life was full of the Grace of God, in such a special and infinite way that it is difficult to express in words, but we can only summarize that he had a life full of true and great miracles. His special devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, from a very young age, was evidenced in his last moments, when he mentioned with absolute clarity and tenderness the aspiration "Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust you".

Today survive to him, and say goodbye with deep sadness and pain, but confident in his eternal life and resurrection in Christ, his sons, José Luis, Maricel and Marysol. His beloved wife Eloisa, his grandchildren Eduardo, Santiago, Natalia, Adrián, Mathías, Noah, Amaia and Carlos Alejandro. His beloved brothers Dexy, Nancy, Freddy and Maritza, his brothers-in-law, Omaira, Richard, Aura, Beatriz, Ibrahim, Alberto, Nacho, Julián, Ángel, Carlos and Manuel José. His nephews and godchildren, Yolfred, Yolifred, Lorena, Adriana, José Ignacio, Alejandra, Katherine, Carolina, Gerardo, Valentina, Arianna, Alirio, Richard José, Manuel Ricardo, Karolina, Melvis, Simón, Yaneth, Crismar, Rossmary, Legna, Durvelis, Fran, Lisbeth, José Manuel, Henri and Antonio José. His beloved sons-in-law Dagmar, Alonso and Dorian. His beloved uncles Raúl and Oscar, and his dearest cousins, Marlene, Jackequelin, William, Gustavo, Virginia, Gisella, Nilda, Fran, Gilda, Giovanna, Néstor and Gerardo, Ramón, Mamina and Zulay, Raúl Eduardo, Raúl Adrián and Néstor Augusto, Manolo, Manuel, Alejandra, David and Franco Nazareth who, together with other family members and friends, deeply loved by our father, join us in giving thanks to God for his life and in sharing the profound sadness of his physical departure.

The funeral acts and mass of celebration for his life will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 E. 91st St. Noblesville, IN 46060, from 4pm-6pm. Holy Mass will be celebrated by our beloved and respected Father Block, pastor of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, at 6 pm. All who can join us now in a physical way on that day are cordially invited.

The funeral home has arranged the alternative of buying flowers and send message online, knowing that many of our father's relatives and loved ones are abroad and wish to be present that day with that beautiful gesture of giving flowers to our father.

Thank you very much for all your shows of love to our dad and the whole family. Every word of comfort, support, strength, affection and hope will remain in our souls and those of our mother forever.

With love, his wife Eloisa and sons José Luis, Maricel and Marysol.
