Obituary

Listen to Obituary

It is with great sadness that Jordan’s family announces his passing. A beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, Jordan was taken from us far too soon.

Jordan was born in Ohio to Jim and Melinda Robinson alongside his older brother, Jimmy. Although his parents later went their separate ways, both remained an important part of his life. He graduated from Westerville North High School and later attended The Ohio State University, where he earned a degree in Business Finance. He had a naturally analytical mind and especially enjoyed talking about stocks and financial news with his dad, Jim.

From a young age, Jordan had a free spirit and a love of adventure. He traveled to many places, some including Germany, France, Hawaii, and England. In 2009, he moved to England with his parents, where he made wonderful memories and lifelong friendships through the Couchsurfing community.

It was in England that Jordan met his future wife, Martyna. They married in 2012 and soon moved to the United States, where they built a loving family and welcomed their two children, Vincent and Evelina. Jordan was a proud and devoted father who cherished his wife and children and always put his family first.

Family meant everything to Jordan. He especially loved spending Christmas together and treasured his regular conversations with his mom, Melinda, back in Ohio. He found happiness in life’s simple pleasures, including traveling, camping, quiet moments, and time at the beach. He loved music and enjoyed playing guitar and ukulele, and he could always appreciate a good movie, especially Pulp Fiction and Dead Poets Society.

Jordan’s kindness, curiosity, humor, and adventurous spirit touched the lives of many. His friendships reached across countries and throughout the many chapters of his life, leaving lasting memories wherever he went.

Above all, Jordan will be remembered for the love he had for his wife, children, and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will forever remain in their hearts.

In honor of Jordan, visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory North, located at 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250, from 9:00–11:00 AM, with the funeral service to follow from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM. The family encourages anyone attending to wear blue in honor of Jordan.

The service will be followed by a peace meal at St. Matthew’s Church’s community room located at 4100 E. 56th Str. Everyone is welcome to join.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Brooke’s Place, an organization that provides support to children and families who have experienced the loss of someone significant in their lives.
