John "Andy" Foster

John “Andy” Foster, 59, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on August 4, 2026, surrounded by family. Andy was born on October 29, 1966, in Indianapolis to Richard L. and Carol J. (Campbell) Foster. After graduating North Central High School, he worked as a printing press operator in commercial printing in addition to being a business owner.

Andy also had many joys in life, he enjoyed snow skiing, water skiing, spending time in Florida with friends, and going to concerts.

His greatest joy in life was the time he spent with his family and his three lively nieces and a nephew who will all miss him very much. Recently he had the joy of meeting his great Nephew Archer.

Andy is survived by his mother, Carol Foster; sister, Jannah Foster; Nieces Andrea(Travis)Barbee, Miranda Gomez(Jacob Hudson), Mariah Gomez(fiance Brandon Adams), Nephew Aaron Orman(Maddie Starring), Great Nephew Archer Adams.

He was preceded in death by His father Richard L. Foster, grandparents William H. and Sallie Campbell, Uncle Dale Campbell, and grandparents Olaf and Marjorie Foster.

Services for Andy will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46250. Friends and family are welcome to gather for a visitation from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at the funeral home, followed by services at 2pm.
