Joanne M. Georgiev

Joanne M. Georgiev (Proctor) of Franklin, Indiana, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2026 at the age of 67.

Joanne was born June 18, 1958 in Portland, Maine and moved to Indiana in 1963.

Joanne is preceded in death by her daughter, Nadezda Georgiev. 

Joanne is survived by her 3 sons, Boris, Slavay, and Menda; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and her two brothers, Bobby and David Proctor.

The center of her world was her children, watching them grow and make families of their own brought her great joy. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and diamond art.

She worked at G+H Orthodontics for 16 years.
