JoAnn Marie Dean, 76, passed away on August 16, 2026. She was born on January 1, 1950.

JoAnn was a devoted salon owner who took great pride in her work and in the relationships, she built throughout her life. She went to Little Flower Catholic School. She was a devout Catholic. She loved playing golf in Sedona Arizona. She loved her family with all of her heart. She had a caring spirit and a gift for making people feel welcome, seen and heard. Her kindness, her warmth, her sass, her spunk and dedication are things everyone will remember and miss about her. She would do anything for absolutely anyone. She was selfless.

JoAnn will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family, Ryan Michael Dean and Natalie Michelle Mitrani, grandkids Gavin Dean, Connor Dean, Stella Mitrani and Jewel Mitrani. Brothers Richard Aldrich and Michael Aldrich. She joined her sister Judith Ireland and brother Thomas Aldrich in Heaven as well as her Father Edward Aldrich and Mother Bernice Aldrich. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held at Indiana Funeral Home located at 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis IN on Wednesday, August 26th,  from 3:30 to 7:30. Service will start at 6:15.
