Jeffrey Shane Autry

Jeffery Shane Autry, lovingly known as “Shane,” passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 33.

Born and raised on the Westside of Indianapolis, Shane was a graduate of Ben Davis High School, Class of 2011, where he played baseball and football and graduated with honors. He carried his Westside pride with him throughout his life.

Shane was the beloved son of Tonya Anderson and Jeffery Autry, and a devoted brother to Tevin Autry. Above all, he was a proud and loving father to his children, Serenity and Spencer Autry, who were his greatest joy and the center of his world.

Known for his genuine, caring, and fun-loving spirit, Shane brought light and laughter wherever he went. He had a deep love for music, which was always a part of how he connected with others.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents and his cousin, Tommy Autry.

Shane leaves behind his loving parents, Tonya Anderson and Jeffery Autry; his brother, Tevin Autry; his children, Serenity and Spencer Autry; and many friends and extended family who will forever cherish his memory.

Though we mourn his loss, we celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories.

A Celebration of Shane's life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 at Indiana Funeral Care West, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time. All are welcome to come and share stories of Shane.
