James Gordon Moschenross, 73 of Fishers, IN, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, May 13th. Jim was born to Don and Inez Moschenross in Indianapolis, on January 6th 1948.
He is survived by his wife and love of his life, Mary Ellen Youngs Moschenross; his brother, Don (Julie) Moschenross of St. Louis, MO; and his three children; Ian (Sarah) Moschenross of Grinnell, IA, Emily (Rodney) Boles of Carmel, IN and Lauren (Tray) Moschenross of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by Mary Ellen’s three sons, Mike (Misty) Youngs of Charlotte, NC, Casey (Beth) Youngs of Fishers, IN and Jack Youngs of Fishers, IN. Jim leaves behind 10 grandchildren; Eleanor, Evelyn, Kendall, Henry, Haven, Brody, Carrigan, Natalie, Emma and Kelsey.
Jim was a 1966 graduate of Speedway High School. He attended Hanover College, graduating in 1970. Jim worked for Indiana Bell and then AT&T for many years. He later worked for St. Vincent before settling into retirement.
Jim was a lover of golf, flying, reading and fishing. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time with his family. He loved the Cubbies and vacationing in WI. He was loved and will be missed.
