Jack LaFollette, 53, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022.
He was born on Monday, September 16, 1968 to the late Jackie L. LaFollette Sr. and Carolyn Sue (Hunter) Bear in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jack is survived by his son, Jack LaFollette III and his wife Katherine; daughter, Alexandrea McIntosh; grandchildren, Logan Krause, Blake Walker, Kaylee LaFollette, Jaxon LaFollette, and Wade (Mikey) McIntosh; brother, Jeffery LaFollette; sisters, Patsy Gross, Mary Katherine (Tim) Esham and Tina (Shannon) Riley.
Jack is preceded in death by his wife, Nettie LaFollette and his parents Jack and Carolyn.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.
Memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm.
