Hugh Epperson

Hugh Epperson, 88, passed away on January 12, 2023, in Greenfield, IN.

Hugh is survived by Harlan Epperson - Brother - Paoli, IN and sisters Mary Bever - Greenfield and Anne Gehmen, sons Donald Epperson, Florida, David Epperson, Michigan, James Epperson, John Epperson, Greg Vaughn, Greenfield, Stanley Vaughn, Indianapolis & daughter Tammy Carte Shelbyville. He also has 21 Grandchildren and many Great Grandchildren.

Hugh is preceded in death by Louis Epperson - father, Gladys Elliot - mother, Charlotte Epperson - wife, Phillip Epperson and Thomas Epperson - sons.

Hugh was a member of the Greenfield Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He had an active Bible ministry in the Hancock County area telling people about his faith in Jesus Christ. He was a mechanic by trade for many years around Greenfield and had his own shop. Hugh was known for always being willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
