He was born on Saturday, February 12, 1966 to Howard E. Miley Jr. and Paulette G. (Cayce) Page in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Howard is survived by his mother, Paulette Page; stepdad, Charles Page; sister, Kathy Strikowski; daughter, Angela Michelle; sons, Jeremy Whitaker and Jonathan Miley.
Memorial visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2021 at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel from 10:00 am until noon.
Memorial service will begin at noon.
Inurnment will be at Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Indiana at 2:00 pm.
