86, Indpls., passed away on June13th, 2022. Buzz was the son of Howard F. Foltz and Luise Harris Foltz. He was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis and attended Shortridge, Hanover, Butler and Indiana University. He was an entrepreneur of several local small businesses. He was most proud of being the founder of the Quest 4 Excellence Foundation, a non-profit charity that focused on the local underserved community with childcare, education and women’s transitional housing programs.    He is survived by his wife, Patricia Estabrook Foltz, children Lisa L. Dellacqua (Dale), Bill H.F. Foltz III, Daniel E. Foltz (Sarah), 8 grandchildren and sister Joan Shoptaugh (of Colorado Springs, CO).  No services will be held and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Quest 4 Excellence Foundation at PO Box 40763, Indpls., IN 46240.
