Gregory John Anello

Gregory John Anello, 69, passed away peacefully at his home, with his wife by his side, May 30, 2026. Gregory was born January 2, 1957, to Tom and Joanne Anello. After completing his education, he later married the love of his life, Wanda L. (Jones) Anello, on September 13, 1987. Together they shared 38 years by each other’s sides, raising their family and watching their children grow.

Gregory also had many joys in life. He loved the outdoors, enjoying fishing, golfing, and boating trips with family and friends. Gregory was known to be the life of the party, always cracking one-liners and making sure there was never an occasion with him around where laughter was not heard. He could change a room with his presence, and left a lingering feeling of love and joy with each and every person he encountered. However, his greatest joys in life came from being a loving husband and father. The time that he spent with his family was cherished, and they will all miss him very much.

Gregory is survived by his wife, Wanda Anello; daughter, Rachael Anello; son, Nick Anello; and his niece, Joanie (Matt) Sanders.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Joanne Anello; sister, Anna Shock; and nephew, Jimmy Shock.
