He was born on Monday, August 24, 1953 to Joyce M. (Word) Cloyd in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Gary was a drywall finisher for many years. He was funny, loved dancing, recalling stories, cooking, watching and playing golf, spending time with family and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie; sons, Jackson and Ryan; daughter, Courtney; and brother, Mike.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce M. Cloyd.
