Everett Michael Harms

Everett Michael Harms was born on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:53 a.m. He peacefully passed from this world into the arms of Jesus at 2:10 p.m. that same day. Everett weighed 3 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 15 3/4 inches in length. He had a head full of his dad’s wavy, dark hair and mom’s elegant fingers, which his Nana would have said were made for playing the piano. Everett will be remembered for his bravery and strength as he fought to meet his family, bringing them immeasurable joy during the three precious hours they shared together.

Everett will forever be loved and remembered by his parents, Joshua Michael and Melissa Kaye (Neel) Harms; his grandparents, Tim and Amy Neel and David and Robin Harms; his great-grandparents, Helen Neel and Lewis and Charlotte Hatcher; his uncles and aunts, Seth and Jill Weimer, Jared and Lauren Sparkman, Chris and Beth Farmer, Kevin and Rebecca Ruppe, Nathan and Courtney Harms, and Caleb and Jillian Harms; and his 12 cousins: Lillian, Evelyn, Harrison, Silas, Audrey, Madelyn, Wesley, Fiona, Colton, Leo, Sam, and Cohen. Everett was preceded in death by his Nana, Cindi Neel; his cousin, Hadley Farmer; and his great-grandparents: Bruce Neel, Edwin Davis, Jean Kincaid, Charles Harms, Barbara Weiman, and William McFall.

A memorial service will be held to honor Everett’s life at Trinity Church, 11721 Olio Road, Fishers, IN 46037, on Saturday, August 15, 2026, with visitation at 1 p.m., followed by a service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Love, Lucas, a program that offers financial relief to grieving parents for the memorial services of their beloved children: https://lovelucas.org
