Estell Adell Ramp

Estell Adell Ramp, 89, formerly of Oak Park, IL, died Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Westminster Village North, Indianapolis, IN.  She was born July 19, 1933, in Andrews, SC, to William and Bessie (Cooper) Blakely.  On April 8, 1954, she married Gene P. Ramp in Charleston, SC.

She is survived by children Bill Ramp, Jim (Becky) Ramp, Cherie (Brian) Kibble-Smith, Jack (Tracy) Ramp, and Darleen (fiancé Rob Moore) Zimmerle; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister Bettie Smith; a niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son Gene Wade Ramp, brothers James Blakely and William Blakely, and sister Etta Johnson.  Her brother Samuel Blakely died March 5, 2023.

Cremation has taken place.  A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, IN.
