Elizabeth Ann Patty

Our sweet Liz died unexpectedly September 2, 2023. She was the most loved and cherished daughter of Virginia (Boo) and Parker Speer, loving and adored sister of John and Joe (Erica) Patty, beloved and doting aunt of Kaia Warner, Ethan and Ashley Patty as well as Hayden Patty. She was also a wonderful, caring and treasured granddaughter, niece and cousin She was preceded in death by her father Tom and brother Andrew Patty.

Liz was born January 17, 1973 in Indianapolis and was a graduate of Carmel Hight School and attended Indiana State University. She was a hardworking and dedicated employee in various jobs. The lates at Ascension St. Vincent where she so enjoyed her job and her wonderful coworkers. She loved sports and was a huge IU, Cubs and Bears fan. Liz enjoyed music, books, movies and traveling. Family vacations to Michigan were her favorite, so many wonderful Memories. Liz loved the holidays, Christmas the most. The lights, decorating, shopping trips to Chicago, spoiling her niece, nephews and little cousins and partying with family and friends.

Despite her challenges in life, she lived it to the fullest. Our Lizzie was such a thoughtful, selfless, caring, kind hearted, generous, joyful and beautiful soul. She was involved in many fundraising activities and charity walks and was such a major motivator to her brother in his walking regiment and rehab after his stroke. Her beautiful smile and sparkling personality will be sorely missed. How blessed we were!
