Donnie Ramsey

Donnie Lee Ramsey was born July 5, 1949 in Mt Vernon, Kentucky, to Cleve and Ella Ramsey. 

Donnie worked as a proud Custodian for IPS for over 25 years. 

He is survived by two daughters, Katy Winchester (Joe), Connie Heaberlin (Ryan), and son Ryan Ramsey and sister, Louise Spall (Rick) and 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson. 

Proceeded in death by his wife, Terri, son, Donnie Jr. , his parents, and brothers, Chet and Harold. 

In lieu of flowers, we ask the donations be made to Friendship Church, Riot or Rejuvenate Programs, or to the family for final resting place for Donnie and Terri to be together.
