Donna Leigh Wixson

Donna Leigh Wixson, 78, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on October 14th, 2026.

Donna loved spending time with her family and friends, especially while on vacations. She loved the beach and ocean so much that she wanted to be a surfer when she grew up. Quite an ambition for someone who lived in Indiana! Donna was also a devoted animal lover. She had many beloved pets throughout her life.

Donna is survived by her children Nicholas Pennington and Sheila (Mike) Evans, three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, her sister Diane (Bill) LaFata, and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on October 25, 2026, at Indiana Funeral Care from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
