Dianne Jill Meister

Dianne Jill Meister (nee Lapp), born on February 20, 1940, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, passed away on September 3, 2025, in Fishers, Indiana, at the age of 85. A beloved matriarch, Dianne was known for her unwavering commitment to her family, particularly during cherished gatherings around the holidays.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Lapp and Lucile Lapp, whose values of love, hard work, and family she carried throughout her life.

She is survived by her three children, Scott, David, and Susie, who will forever remember her as a supportive and loving mother. Dianne was also loved by her grandchildren, Ryan, Jill, and Caroline, and her great-grandchildren, Charlie and Rowan, who brought her immense joy and pride. Dianne also leaves behind two brothers, Tom and Steve, with whom she shared many fond memories.

The family will receive friends and family for a visitation honoring Dianne’s life on September 15, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at Indiana Funeral Care - Indianapolis Chapel, located at 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46250. Dianne's legacy will be remembered not only through her children and grandchildren but also through the countless lives she touched with her kindness and warmth.
