Dianna Friedman

Dianna L. Friedman (60 years old), of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, September 8th, 2025, at Community South Hospital surrounded by her loved ones.

Dianna was a proud graduate from Greenwood Community High School and found gainful work at numerous places in Central Indiana. She later went on to receive a diploma in “travel and tourism” at Southeastern Academy, in Kissimmee, Florida, and then continued her education receiving a degree in Medical Billing and Coding before losing her eyesight. After losing her eyesight, Dianna spent her time centered around her home and family where she enjoyed raising her boys, watching the Indianapolis Colts games, playing Farmville on Facebook, cuddling with her dogs, and making sure every piece of laundry was always clean and folded.

Dianna was a kind, loving, and generous soul with a quiet strength who faced many health battles in her lifetime. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend who was always there for the people she loved and cherished every moment she got to spend with her family and friends. She will forever be remembered for her unconditional love, her jokes, and how she made anyone around her feel welcome. Although we grieve her passing, we will continue to celebrate the life she lived, full of joy, meaning, and love. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Gregory Friedman; their 3 children, Dakota (Taylor), Shane, and Dylan; her siblings, David, Debbie, and Dawn; her nieces, Madisaun, Cheyenne, and Indya; her great nephew, Syre; and her beloved dogs, Gizmo, Spike, and Patches. We would also like to take a moment to recognize any family member or friend that was not listed, Dianna had a dear place in her heart for each and every one of you.

Dianna is preceded in death by her mother, Donna F. Huth (Keller), her father, Paul Huth, her aunt, Emma Jean Simon (Sipes), her uncle Steve Eaton.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at Indiana Funeral Care (2433 East Main Street, Greenwood, Indiana, 46143) from 2 pm – 4 pm with the funeral service beginning at 4 pm. Burial Services will be held on Friday, September 19th, 2025, at Forest Lawn Cemetery (1977 South State Rd. 135, Greenwood, Indiana, 46143) at 10 am for immediate family.
