He was born on Monday, December 28, 1953 in West Memphis, Arkansas to Jesse and Betty Medlin.
Dennis was an artist and fisherman and worked in drywall. He was a member of Faith Apostolic Church. Dennis was married to Sandra Medlin for 34 years until her passing March 4, 2021.
Dennis is survived by his loving sisters, Judith Whitton (Matthew), Rhonda Medlin, Colinette Medlin, Jacqueline Proffitt (Brett).
He was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Stephens (Larry), his brother Michael Medlin (Kim).
