David Lutton

David Royce Lutton, age 72, passed away peacefully at home on April 13, 2026 in Wabash, Indiana. 

He was born December 1, 1953, in Anderson, Indiana, a son of the late Leroy and Wilma Joyce (Gray) Lutton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by beloved siblings Jennifer and Timothy, and sons Zachary and Matthew.

David had a lifelong career as an Optician. He worked hard and was a great mentor to many over the years. He was a man who fiercely protected and unconditionally loved his family. He had a quiet strength and was always there if needed by family or friends. David was a man of unwavering Faith. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Julie, his beloved children Alicia Cripe (Tom) and David, his dear brother Jonathan (Kelly), as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. We will all miss him forever!
