David A. Schneider went to his heavenly reward on February 2, 2022. He was born in Franklin, Indiana on Tuesday, September 21, 1948, to Leonard and Clara Schneider.
David was a police officer for Franklin Police Department for 30 years. He held many positions within the department including, Chief of Police.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Diane; children, Matthew Schneider, and Debra (Mitch) Jardot; grandchildren, Mia and Tyler Jardot.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church.
Mass will begin at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Our Lady of the Greenwood or the charity of your choice.
Inurnment will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
