Daniel Duane Main

Daniel Duane Main, age 67, passed away on June 11, 2026 at Greenfield Healthcare Center. Daniel was born on January 31, 1959 in Jackson Michigan to Duane and Janet Main. Although being born in Michigan, Daniel spent most of his life residing in Indianapolis.

Daniel loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed many adventures. Some of his hobbies included skydiving, hiking, camping, traveling, gardening, and working in his workshop.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Janet Main; his sister, Lori Guerin; and his brother, Ken Main. He was previously married to Carole Main, with whom he had two daughters, Daniele Main and Nicole Main Long. He is also remembered by his three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Duane Main.

A private service will be held in his honor. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Park Foundation.
