Daniel A Pikulik, 61, passed away quietly at home from natural causes on October 28th, 2021.
Dan was born on April 19th, 1960 to loving parents Kathy & Al in Milwaukee, WI. He spent the last 8 years living in Indianapolis near his brother/friend Mike and next door to his best friend Patty.
Dan was preceded by his greatest companion Gizmo.
Dan is survived by his daughter Teresa, grandson Brandon, loving parents Kathy & Al, his brothers Mike, Ken, Gary, Jeff, his best buddy Elmo and best friend Patty.
There will be a family dinner memorial in Dan’s honor in April 2022 to celebrate his life.
