Cindi Trebing, 77, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026, in Noblesville, Indiana. Born on October 28, 1948, in Noblesville, she remained deeply connected to her Indiana roots throughout her life.
A proud graduate of Carmel High School’s Class of 1966, Cindi carried the values of dedication and community with her into adulthood. Her commitment to service was most evident through her long-standing involvement with the Carmel American Legion Auxiliary. Supporting veterans and advocating for their care was not just a cause for Cindi—it was her life’s passion. Her tireless efforts and heartfelt dedication left a lasting impact on many within the veteran community.
Cindi's family was central to her life. She is survived by her devoted husband Bob; daughter Terri Webber; son Tom Webber and his wife Dawn; stepson James Trebing and his wife Katie; and stepdaughter Melissa Reed. She also leaves behind a cherished legacy through her twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm and Mary Alice (Mundy) Newlin, as well as her brothers David and Ronald Newlin.
In honor of Cindi’s enduring commitment to veterans, memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Veterans Home in Lafayette, Indiana.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
