Cynthia Louise Robinson

November 23, 1967 — September 20, 2023

Indianapolis

Cynthia “Cindy” Louise Seitz Robinson was a caring mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. After battling ovarian cancer for a year and a half, she passed away on September 20, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Cindy was born to Mel and Bette Seitz on November 23, 1967. Growing up,  she was actively involved in theater and shared her gift of singing with all those around her. After graduating high school, she attended DePauw University where she met many of her lifelong friends in her sorority, Alpha Phi. Her entire professional career was focused on helping people with disabilities.  For 15 years Cindy served as the Director of Operations for About Special Kids, now Indiana Family to Family.  Prior to that, she worked with Noble of Indiana.  Her passion for helping others and her smile were contagious and her presence always brightened any room.  Cindy’s greatest pride and joy was spending time with her family, Jessica, and Christopher. She creatively and joyously found opportunities to bring the family together to make some wonderful memories which are preserved in her beautiful scrapbooks.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father Mel.

She is survived by her son Christopher, daughter Jessica, mother Bette, brothers Mark, David, and Keith, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held on November 4, 2023 at Franklin Central Christian Church with visitation starting at 1:30 pm and a memorial to follow at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Ovarian Cancer Research at the American Cancer Society or to Indiana Family to Family.
