Cynthia Yvonne Gaither

Cynthia Yvonne Gaither passed away on February 15, 2026. She was born in Pensacola Florida on November 26 1952.

She lived a life of several types of jobs until finding her calling at the desk in the ER helping people.

She enjoyed fishing, cooking and being with family and friends.

Cynthia is survived by her children, Sean Packer and Kimberly Gaither; grandchildren, Jalen Packer, Ashlyn Packer, Brookelyn Packer, Kayleb Gaither and joins Shainne Gaither in Heaven; great grandchildren, Jai’ah Packer, Kee’jai Packer and EJ Gaither; along with all her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends that are family because of her.

Cynthia always tried to be the best Mother, Auntie, Grandma and True Friend to those who came across her in life. She will live on through us because she was the example of what we all want to mean to other people.

A Celebration of Her Life will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Indiana Funeral Care West, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis. Visitation will begin at Noon and extend until the time of her service.
