In loving memory of Constance 'Connie" Paige (Zych) who died on June 5, 2026 at the age of 84.

Born March 7, 1942 in Chicago, she lived a life defined by kindness, strength, and devotion to her family and community. She was involved in many  service organizations, including the Madison County Master Gardeners, in which was she a past President, the Indiana Boxing Commission, where she was inducted into the Indiana Boxing Hall of Fame, and the local PTO.

She enjoyed gardening, raising monarch butterflies, caring for her family and spending time with her loved ones.

Connie is survived by her husband, Bill Paige; children, Kathy Decker, Briana Paige-Ongay, Nedda Bentley, and Russell Paige; sister, Anita Zych-Hill; brothers, Roger Zych  and Joseph Zych; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Catherine Zych.

 A Celebration of Life will be held August 22, 2026 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the American Legion in Lapel, Indiana. Burial will take place at 11 a.m. on August 24, 2026 at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Chicago. Memorial donations may be made to the Madison County Master Gardeners in Connie's honor.

She will be deeply missed and loved forever.
