Chris Cloud

Chris Cloud, 74 of Ingalls, Indiana passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025. Husband to Mildred Cloud of 54 yours. He is survived by his wife; Mildred Cloud, 3 daughters; Shelia (Bill) Crawford, Kristie (Ron) Strubbe, Angie (Shane) King, 3 grandchildren; Ashlei (Toby) VanBuskirk, Carl (Alexa) Ainsworth, Dakota (Six) King, 3 great grandchildren; Hayley Ainsworth, Jesse Ainsworth, Avey Ainsworth, 2 brothers; Wes (Gene) Cloud and Bill Cloud.

Chris is preceded in death by his parents; George and Lena Cloud, and brother; John Legg.

Chris worked at the Department of Corrections as a CO for over 30 years. He was also a member of the Ingalls Fire Department as the Chief in his younger years.

Chris was a family man who loved to camp and ride his golfcart. Chris was an avid fan of the Colts, Pacers and loved Nascar. Chris was a big collector of frogs from when he had cancer, they were his good luck charms.

Chris loved his wife and family so much. He was a hard-working man and did all he could to support his family. He loved his family until his last breath being a Christian man he knows we will all be together again.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Anderson Memorial Cemetery, Anderson, IN. A funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. with the graveside immediately following.
