Charlene Morrow

Charlene Mae Morrow, 88, of Shelbyville, Indiana passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Franciscan, St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born on Monday, November 5, 1934, to the late George J. and Ruth Mary Diana (Schaller) Wuest in Indianapolis, Indiana. Charlene graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis. She was married to Lawrence W. Morrow for 66 years until his passing in July 2017. Charlene worked for RCA Tape Division and for Hallmark Greeting Cards for over 25 years. Charlene was an avid gardener and a loving supporter of her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence W. Morrow, parents, George J., and Ruth Wuest; son, John Ray Morrow, daughter, Linda R. Morrow; brothers, George W. Wuest, Russell Wuest; daughter-in-law, Kathy (Cravens) Morrow; and granddaughter, Ashley Morrow.

Charlene is survived by her daughters Diana (Morrow) Carroll of Bulverde, Texas, Wanda (Morrow) Williams of Cordell, Oklahoma, Charlotte (Morrow) McCall of Fishers, Indiana, sons, Lawrence W. Morrow Jr. of Somerset, Kentucky, George M. Morrow of Shelbyville, Indiana; 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.

Visitation is Thursday, May 4, 2023, 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.

Funeral service will begin at noon.

Burial to immediately follow at Lincoln Memory Gardens, Whitestown, Indiana.
