Catherine Elaine Chandler, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 10, 2026.
Catherine was born in Indianapolis to James and Catherine Chandler on October 10, 1957. She graduated from Broad Ripple High School. Catherine worked as a telephone operator for Indy Bell for many years. She enjoyed making people laugh and being with her family.
Catherine is preceded in death by her parents, James Chandler and Catherine Chandler.
Catherine is survived by her son, Terry Pollard; sister-in-law Carol Rutland; brothers-in-law, Duane and LaMont Pollard; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm at Indiana Funeral Care East, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46219. Burial will follow at Sutherland Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Memorials may be given to the church that you attend through tithes & offerings.
