Carol Joan Butler passed away suddenly in her sleep during the early morning hours of Tuesday August 11th, 2020 at age 76 while under professional care. She lived her entire life in Indianapolis and enjoyed vacationing in Florida and Michigan.
She attended the Glendale Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, and found great enjoyment in many things including all types of nature, gardening, animals, many various pets over the years, art, Elvis Presley and Walt Disney World.
She was the only daughter of 2 children of Cecil and Marion York. Carol is survived by her husband Lawrence and her children Teresa, Raymond, Bettisue and Bonnie, and 3 grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 2PM on Friday, August 28th in Indianapolis at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, all in attendance are required to wear masks.
She will be missed by many, and cards may be sent in care of Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250.
