He was born September 4, 1957 to Roscoe Barnett Jr. and Mary Ann (Bockert) Frontine in Toledo, Ohio.
Memorial visitation is Friday, August 22, 2025, 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.
Memorial service will begin at 3:00 pm. Pastor Jon Burdine to officiate.
