Brad Lee Coen

Brad Coen, 61, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on November 1, 2026. Born in 1965, Brad lived a life defined by dedication, craftsmanship, and love. Above all his achievements, he was a devoted father and grandfather who loved his family deeply, and a proud veteran who served his country with honor.

An exceptionally skilled fabricator, Brad possessed the rare ability to look at raw material and shape it into something functional and beautiful. His master craftsmanship was fueled by his lifelong passion for muscle cars, and he spent countless hours under the hood or working on custom metalwork, finding true joy in the roar of a classic engine. His artistry didnt stop in the garage. Brad was also an avid lover of music, spending his free time building and restoring old guitars. He took pride in bringing forgotten instruments back to life, meticulously crafting each detail so they could play beautiful music once again. 

He is survived by his children, Tyler, Cassandra, and Shealynn; his siblings, Brian (Mindy) and Stacey (Bruce); his grandchildren; and many loving friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Phil and Eileen. 

Private services will be held for the immediate family to honor his memory, celebrate his life, and recognize his military service.
