Billie Jo Hubble

Billie Jo Hubble, 54, passed away on January 18th, 2022 at Franciscan Alliance Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born on December 1, 1967 Billie Jo was a long time resident of Roachdale Indiana (Putnam County) but moved to Indianapolis with her mother in 2008. She received services from Putnam County Comprehensive Services (PCCS) throughout her life. She attended Cascade High School, Clayton, Indiana.
Billie Jo was loved by all who knew her…she was preceded in death by her parents, Thelma (Marley) Hubble and Walter (Bill) Vernon Hubble. She was also preceded by her sister Shirley Hubble Brooks (Arthur) and Charles (Billy) Vernon Hubble (Marge).
She is survived by her siblings, Mary Hubble Boller (Curt deceased), Donna Bailey Sheets (Craig), Marilyn Bailey Mills (Butch) and Forest Bailey (Terri), and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews who will miss her pure sweet heart.
Since 2014, after her mother’s death, she lived in an apartment in Indianapolis and then Greenwood Indiana with two roommates (Wendy & Lisa) with the 24 hour care giving services provided by PCCS. The staff of PCCS were like her family. Michelle B., Sydney, Rebecca, Christina, Diana, Michele W, Belinda and Michelle Mc were her most consistent staff. They loved her and cared for her helping extend her life beyond what medical professionals expected. She was determined to do things her way….McDonalds was a regular treat, pizza every Friday night, Classic Coke, Mountain Dew, Ding Dongs were some of her favorite treats. She appreciated and was delighted with the most simple of gifts for her birthday and Christmas….2 liters or cases of pop, napkins, paper towels, new socks. She loved her guitars and drums. She was the highlight of our holidays. She had music lessons twice a week with Crystal Black where they played her guitars, drums and sang. She loved this! Her favorite movie and soundtrack was Mama Mia. She could watch it over and over.
A graveside service for immediate family will be scheduled for Monday, January 24th at 2 pm at the Roachdale Cemetery, Services will be provided by Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood, Indiana. If you are attending, we request you wear masks and dress warmly.
