Betty Pfau

Our mom, Betty Pfau, passed peacefully on Sunday, August 1st,2021, just about a month short of her 90th birthday. She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Francis J. Pfau, her parents, Donilson and Bernice Black, along with her brothers, Fred, Donald and Richard Black. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Pfau-Martinez (George) and Laura Blaase as well as four grandchildren, Lauren, Molly, Alexandrea and Doug and two great grandsons, Ty and Myles. She is also survived by her sister, Phyllis Branch, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty enjoyed her many years as a member of Little Flower parish and her volunteer work at Community East in the infant car seat program. She loved to play euchre and win at Bingo.

August 28, 2021, on what would have been Betty’s ninetieth birthday, a visitation from 9:30 am to 11:00 with mass following at Little Flower Church, 1401 N Bosart Avenue. There will be a luncheon after for close friends and family.
