Betty Lou Seipel, 76 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Betty was born on February 17, 1943 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Ervin and Ora V. Davis.
Betty graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS and IUPUI with a Paralegal Certification. She worked for Indiana Insolvency Office for 15 years. Betty lived all over the country; Cleves, OH; Cocoa Beach, FL; Manila, Phillipines; Biloxi, MS; Athens, OH; and finally ending up in Indianapolis, IN. Her hobbies included Reading, Movie watching and Gardening. She was also a member of Sweet Adelines Chorus.
Betty is survived by her children; Dale and Christy Seipel, brother; Calvin Strunk, nephews; Gary Strunk and Steven Ratliff, niece; Peggy Cardenas, Carol Lee, Kristine Ratliff, and Sharon Smith, sister in law; Jaquee Miller, and mother in law; Marjorie Seipel. She is preceded in death by her parents Ervin and Ora Vanover Davis, and sister; Mary Ann Fetner.

Visitation will be at Indiana Funeral Care 8151 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46250, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
