With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of Betty Joan Biggs on March 24th, 2026 at 81 years old– whose life was a beautiful reflection of kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She was the heart and soul of our family— a woman whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and a true sense of home to anyone who knew her. Betty was born in Richmond, Indiana on July 18th, 1944 to Charles and Myrtle Mike. Betty dedicated most of her time volunteering at the Circle U, where she built lasting relationships and earned respect of coworkers and customers alike. Her strong work ethic and warm personality left a lasting impression on all who crossed her path. Above all, Betty cherished her family. As a mother and grandmother, she gave endlessly of herself. She found her greatest joy in spending time with family, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and togetherness. Whether it was sharing stories, offering advice, or simply enjoying each other’s company, those memories will be treasured forever. She also had a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews, loving them as her own, and always offering support, encouragement, and care. Her kindness extended beyond family to her many dear friends, who were blessed to experience her loyalty, humor, and genuine spirit. Betty found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially her love for bingo and card games, where she spent many happy moments doing something she truly enjoyed. She had a way of making every moment count, bringing light and warmth wherever she went. Her life was marked by quiet strength, resilience, and a generous heart. She taught us the importance of love, patience, and family— lessons that will stay with us forever. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Betty Biggs’ love will continue to surround us. Her legacy lives on through her sons, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. All of whom were blessed to know and love her. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and never forgotten.

Betty is proceeded in death by her parents, sons: Darrell Mike, Jeff Biggs, and Jason Biggs, two brothers: Walter Mike, and Earl Mike. She is survived by one sister: Sue Hendrickson, one son: George Biggs, grandchildren: Amanda Mike, Melissa Mike, Amber Hoskins, Aaron Michaels, Cierra Michaels, and Tyler Michaels, great-grandchildren: Brooklyn Hobbs, Thomas Marcus, Benton Creech, Payton Creech, Miley Creech, Alex Perry, Alexis Perry, Darren Collins, Austin Sloan and Souline Michaels, and many great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Special relationships with Barbara Hoskins, Rhonda Smith, Faye Tanner, Simeon James, Mary and Ronald Michaels.
