Bernadette D'Agostino Jackson

Bernadette (D’Agostino) Jackson, 74, of Plainfield, Indiana passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at her home with family.

She was born on Saturday, October 2, 1948 in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Bernard and Theresa (Maher) D’Agostino.

Bernie was a Registered Nurse and worked in general healthcare roles including floor nurse, home care, and an ACO caseworker for St. Francis Hospital system from which she retired.  Bernie was a hardworking, beautiful, caring person and mother. She took care of her patients and children to the best of her ability.

Bernie is survived by her husband, Richard Jackson; children, Maura Bryant, Clinton G. Jackson, Colleen Arauz; grandchildren, Destiny Rose Hernandez, Gianna Bernadette Jackson and Victoria Emma Arauz.
