Anthony Eugene McCane was born July 15, 1964 to Gwendolyn Miller Boddie and Thomas McCane Sr. in Indianapolis, Indiana. Anthony attended school at Grandview Elementary, Westlane Middle School, and North Central High School.
On January 27, 2023 Anthony passed away.
Grandparents Nelson (Pete) and Ada Miller played a big role in his entire life as well as his stepfather John Boddie.
Growing up sports was a BIG part of his life and he loved to hangout with friends and family.
Anthony loved swimming, baseball, football & basketball. Anthony had a skill set for each sport, and was one of a kind. As Anthony left home he lived a very private life.
Anthony leaves behind his Father Thomas McCane Sr (4) children; one son Anthony Williams; (3) daughters Asha Howard, Shaquila Howard, Courtney Phillips (1) sister Pamela (Will) Alford; (2) Grandchildren; Lennox and Hendrix Phillips. A host of Aunt’s, Uncle’s Cousin’s & Relatives.
2 Corinthians 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
