Anthony Griggs

Anthony “Tony” Joseph Griggs, 45, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 16, 2026, surrounded by his family and children. He was born in Indianapolis on May 3, 1980.

Tony was a beloved son, father, brother, and proud Pop Pop. He worked as a Chief Engineer at the Bottleworks Hotel for the past five years. Where he was known for his strong work ethic and his willingness to help anyone in need.

Tony loved riding his motorcycle, traveling, working, dancing and, most of all, being surrounded by his friends and family. His smile and joy could light up any room. He had a deep love for God and carried his faith with him wherever he went.

He is survived by his children, Trinity Frye (Jaylen Frye), Emma Griggs, and Audrey Griggs; his grandchildren, Raelynn Frye, Montana Frye, and Locklyn Frye; his brother, Austin Friedman; and his parents, Denise Faudree and Ron Faudree; and his grandmother Mary Ann Frontine.

Services will be held on Friday, April 24th, 2026 at Indiana Funeral Care Greenwood Chapel located at 2433 East Main Street Greenwood, IN 46143. Visitation will be held from 10:00AM to 2:00PM with service to immediately follow starting at 2:00PM. A graveside service will be held the same day at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at 3:30PM.

He will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and always remembered for the love and laughter he brought into all of our lives.
