Anne Elizabeth Currie

Anne Elizabeth Currie, 53, passed away on June 22^nd, 2022, after a long and difficult battle with cancer. Like her father Dr Robert E. Currie (LTC RET.), she was a fighter until the end.

Anne was born in Indianapolis on September 16^th, 1968. She graduated from North Central High School and received in Spanish a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI. Anne was a talented and creative nail stylist, and she ran her own business for several years. She enjoyed cooking all types of cuisines, caring for rescued animals, and watching Star Wars. She had a witty sense of humor and a stubbornness to be admired.

She is survived by her children, Ian Flora and Alexandria Flora, DMD, her mother, Cheryl Currie, and her siblings, Julia Westcott and Rob Currie. She will be deeply missed and always loved.
