Ann Marie Sherlock

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ann Marie Sherlock (Christie), who peacefully departed on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, at her home in Indianapolis, IN, at the age of 71.

Born on September 29th, 1953, in Lafayette, IN, Ann Marie was the cherished daughter of Mary and Charles Christie. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. A faithful member of the Catholic community, she resided in Indianapolis for most of her life and dedicated many years as a receptionist at CFLB Law Firm.

Ann Marie is survived by her loving children: Anthony (Krista) Brown of Lapel, IN; Jeffrey Sherlock of Indianapolis, IN; and Gregory (Emily) Sherlock of New Palestine, IN. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Bryce Brown, Landon Brown, and Grant Brown. Her siblings include Lee (Liz) Christie of Indianapolis, IN; Nancy (Tim) White of Indianapolis, IN; Keith (Kathy) Christie of Carmel, IN; and Denise (Danny) Demeter of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. Ann Marie was preceded in death by her brothers, Steven Christie (1987) and Dennis Christie (2021), and her mother, Mary Christie (2018).
