Adam J Boak

Adam J. Boak of Greenfield, passed away on November 10, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis to Jeffrey and Pamela (Stefanik) Boak on February 16, 1977.

He graduated from Warren Central High School. Adam was a proud Army veteran serving his country with three tours of duty in Afghanistan. He was a Heavy-Duty Equipment Operator journeyman with the International Union of Operating Engineers.

Adam is survived by his loving family including his fiancé and love of his life, Heather Wood; his best buddy his beloved dog Charlie; his mother, Pamela Boak; his brother, Ryan (Shannon) Boak; and his nephew, Jack Boak

He is preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey Boak.

Adam will be loved and missed forever.
