Scott was retired, but prior to that had his own business, Burkley and Associates. He was a big fan of both UK Wildcats basketball and Cleveland Browns. He is survived by his mother, Bo Carr, Sister, Shannon Burkley and brother Chris (Sonja) Burkley, daughter, Elizabeth Cleary, granddaughter Brielle, and nieces and nephews.Memorial service to come at a later date.
