Tiffany M. Ibanez (Blackledge), 40, passed away on Saturday, July 10th, 2021. She was born to Alan and Laura Blackledge on Saturday, November 29th, 1980 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She is survived by her both of her parents; Alan and Laura; children, Brooke, Braden, Donovan, and Quentin; and her grandparents, Carole Brown and June Blackledge.
A visitation and service will be held at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel on Monday, July 26th. Visitation hours are 11:00am to 1:00pm, followed by the funeral service at 1:00pm. The burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery immediately to follow the service.
