Thomas Tinucci

Thomas "Tom” Tinucci, from Darien, IL. and resident of Indianapolis, IN. passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, June 27, 2020. He was born March 17, 1964 in Hinsdale, IL to his loving late parents, Robert and Ruth Tinucci. Cherished partner of Jonathan Smith. Tom is survived by his brother Robert Jr. (Jean nee Fischer), sisters Linda (Peter Amditis), Susan (David Lodding) and Kathy (Bradley Carr). Beloved uncle of Brian, Scott, Matt, Jamie, Carrie, Joe, Jason and Ryan. Tom was known for his quick and witty personality, lived life to the fullest and loved to travel. He had a love for music and attending concerts. He started his career in the banking business and moved to the mortgage industry. His dedication and passion for his career came to light as he worked to finalize mortgage loans from his hospital bed days before his death. Twelve years ago, Tom received a liver transplant and became very active with the Organ Transplant Support group helping others deal with the challenges of being a transplant recipient. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Tom's name can be made to Organ Transplant Support organtranplantsupport.org or the American Cancer Society. Due to the Covid19 virus, a private celebration of life will be held.
